Lewis & Tibbitts has grown steadily since incorporation in 1973, with the guidance of founding member William (Bill) Tibbitts, the company has become an industry leader in the South Bay Area.

Lewis and Tibbitts, Inc. has successfully completed a wide variety of utility projects both in the public works and private sectors. We are experts in both wet and dry utilities, grading, concrete and asphalt, design-build contracting, and consulting engineering and design.
