Safety & Leadership
David brings nearly 20 years of construction experience and is responsible for maintaining L&T’s safety programs, conducting site safety audits, overseeing ongoing training, reviewing incidents, and supporting companywide adherence to Cal/OSHA safety protocols. His documented qualifications include OSHA 30, HAZWOPER, confined-space/competent-person training, and First Aid/CPR/AED.
