SJWC – Water Mains and Services

Scope of Work: San Jose Water Company has been a valued client of Lewis and Tibbitts for over 25 years. We are contracted to install water mains, water services, fire hydrants, and appurtenances including various meter sets, water quality testing, retirements, street asphalt and concrete pavement restoration. As a general contractor, Lewis and Tibbitts oversees the entire water pipe installation process by working closely with SJWC to obtain permits, manage construction scheduling, coordinate with municipalities, flush newly installed pipe, and test water quality. In addition, much of our recent work with San Jose Water includes design-build projects designed and engineered here at L&T.
